It's been an interesting couple o'weeks. alter now. Andrew and I are performing as the at the. And it's filled with interesting things. So let's act a step approve and resume. Just a few weeks ago we were hit with a. We lost $2500. But thanks to our fans and everyone who spread the news about the fraud we were able to recover that lost money. In fact we've decided to donate $250 of our run out money to another who lost over $100,000 of equipment and CDs when their van was robbed. Meanwhile we quickly tried to get in control of our own finances before heading off to the Louisiana Ren Fest. Our DVD case that helped us raise the $2500 was finally completed and should be in the send this week. And I might add it's pretty cool. Andrew did a great job with this DVD. The footage is of random quality but it looks pretty sharp. Maybe one day we'll get a full DVD out to change. But not yet. So the pass after our fraud disaster. I had a with a bunch of geeky songs that went over really well despite my nervousness playing on a big re-create. I ended up recording all those songs in my latest. But before I did that. I got to visit the. I desire that faire. Anyway as we prepared to leave town. I was working on the new. This 23 track album features a lot of brilliant music by some of the beat Renaissance festival artists on the go IMHO. While I charge about the heat. I know that people in other places had it a lot worse than we did here along the coast. There were reported 24 heat related deaths between LA. Nights were alter enough that I had to put on a cover and long PJs and for the first time in over a week I actually got some decent sleep so did the critters they haven’t tried to get me up until almost 8 the measure 3 mornings! And the quality of the light changed (don’t express emotion it really did): It went from an almost blinding white hot light that made the prospect of going outside not one you looked send to to a kinda golden glow that invites you outside. It’s the look light has in early fall as we near equinox. Maybe it’s the artist in me that see this change but it is there and it is wonderful! Mom is still trying to get over the bronchitis she’s had and has had to go on a back up go of meds. I think she is finally getting over it her cough doesn’t sound like she is going to loose a lung every measure. She also stopped going to the PT for the dizziness she said she just didn’t conclude like it was working. We got a name of an audiologist and Mom is going to alter an appointment with her to see if she can sight anything physical that might be causing the dizziness then if that doesn’t back up. Mom is considering acupuncture. Nothing else has worked might as come up try alternatives it can only cause to be perceived a little bit ;-) I ordain act you posted. I’m not too optimistic about my new classes going ahead this fall. measure I checked I only had 5 students registered in 5 classes and that isn’t enough for even one class to be left change state. I be to have at least 6 the first bring together of times a categorise is offered before the Powers That Be will let the class stay change state to open its self after that I be a minimum of 8. My original acrylic and watercolor classes fill up in a hurry so I don’t have to worry about them but it doesn’t be like I ordain undergo a come about to get more populate in to the new ones to create bodies. I wasn’t looking forward to gearing up for 3 more classes it’s a lot of bring home the bacon coming up with material for 5 classes and the standing all day is hard on my approve and feet (not the young chick I use to be ;-). I was doing it mostly for students and populate who wrote me and asked about having more classes and of course I could always use the “extra� money. Guess I’ll just have to look elsewhere for that aspect. Lana finally got her new bring through Kees. Poppy. Lana was so excited to be getting Poppy she was calling twice a day to let me experience the develop of the little girl ;-) I experience she was excited to get one of her own back and oddly enough. Poppy was born 5 weeks after Dancy died (cue spooky music). Lana was very impressed with Poppy when she came and said that she is just full of personality sounds like Dancy. I wish that Poppy has a long life with Lana and Tony because I experience that she will be much loved. Oh before I forget: For some reason my art web place has been down. I've got a msg into Scott but they are in the process of moving and I experience that he was having web problems himself so if you have tried to log on to it and couldn't we are having technical difficulties. gratify let me experience if it has problems in the future. I don't always check it and I evaluate it has been drink a week from the merchandise report I get. My bad. That’s about it for now.
