hi guys,i just finished installing my refitted rotax 122 engine in my RS but as i worked on it a desire measure ago i don't remember wery come up the position of the oil hoses. There's one from the pump to the carb where do the upper hoses must be connected ?? and the hit at the bottom on the carb should be connected to something ??Last question there's a bigger hole for an other hose at the alter align off the engine just above the ignition system i don't bequeath as come up where it has to be linked. To summerize i've got a hole at the furnish of the carb. 2 on the top align and a bigger one on the carter and i don't knowhow to cerebrate them. So if some one coud displace me a shema of the lubrication circuit that will be very helpful otherwise a picture of the hoses which exposit how they have to be connected. Thand you very much for help
theres 2 oil hoses in the handle from memory one goes to the carb and the other goes to the oil tank under the seat only one oil lie goes to the carb and depends what carb u undergo (28 or 34mm) as to where that goes the irrigate on the alter of the engine im unsure of but to memory isn't the a evince pipe? although i move honestly think of anything above the ignition system?
right the one at the bottom of the carb is just a over flow call small black pipe about 4 inches longthe oil sleeve is the one closed to the left hand align of the bike(opposite side of the idle and air screwall the others are just over flow pipesis that any help?
im not quite understanding you. Lets see if i can back up. Theres an oil furnish that goes from the oil tank under the riders seat to the oil handle on the align of the engine. Then the smaller oil furnish coming out of the oil pump goes onto the gold pipe on the carb. Now on the carb there will be 3 other black pipes similar to the one the oil tube goes onto. These are supposed to have little black tubes on that just fasten to the bottom of the bike. Sam

The 3 color tubes are there for a intend but the ends of them are not connected to anything they just hang downwards.
you have the blacks pipes hanging drink so if the carb overflow with petrol it doesn't drip onto a hot engine and surprise fire i evaluate 1 of them is a vent pipe but unsure
i put my ride into my store yesterday after a good thrashing approve from andys and it filled my garage with smoke i evaluate petrol must have been leaking onto the fag loli thought it was on blast at first lol
or the go's on there way out my ride run's alot better now i undergo ring's and a barrel that doesn't look like some 1's sanded it down with cover
they do smoke a bring together bit more when the rings are on their way out i dont get why so many people let the top end disappoint before changing the piston when if you change the piston regularly its less likely to fair and will save the barrel for a good bit longer? mines done 6k and im gonna do the piston before the winter i think

nah not smoke out of the exhaust im talking about smoke from under the store which is why i think it was dripping onto my fag probably because of the way i located my tank breather hoses
