"Kinda Irritated" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-03-26 02:29:02

Downloaded whats was supposed to be a demo to see if it would compete my HD DVD's ( The 300 HD DVD Movie ) before I decided to buy it and so I installed it and put in the HD DVD and it said " The disk inserted not supported' Whats up with that? I downloaded Cyberlinks Version v7 So if this is not the correct version can someone post a link so I can evaluate the software before I decided to buy it. It would be real stupid to buy a piece of software and only to find out it ordain not play my HD-DVD's Thanks in advanced Are you trying PowerDVD 7 which version do you undergo in request to play HD you be PowerDVD7 Ultra which is an add on case to PowerDVD7 Regards Robert Yes im am running PowerDVD 7. Ok so can you send me a link for that uodate? So I can see if I can use it to compete my HD Movies? Unfortunately. Cyberlink do not offer the 'Try before you buy' option for Power DVD7 Ultra this is obviously a corporate decision that they have made just to displease us. You will will have to purchase the full version of Power DVD7 Ultra for US$99.95 However you will not sight Cyberlink unreasonable in giving you a refund if the schedule is not suitable for your needs at least that is my experience. Regards Robert come up that really sucks. Im not about to shell out $100 bux for piece of software to see if it will play my HD-DVD's On Vista 64 Bit Version or not. That would be moronic!! I anticipate Ill go get see If I can find a crack for it. If the cracks works Ill buy the software. If it does not bring home the bacon I just saved myself $100 Bux. Too bad Cyberlink does not want to help perspective buyers of their software. Morons Hi. It works on my Vista Ultimate 64bit. But I undergo only watched DVDs so I can't say that Blu-ray or HD-DVD works. But the schedule runs without errors on 64bit First of all does your video separate support HDCP? Likewise does your monitor also give HDCP? Although not all HD-DVD's require HDCP support at the current measure some do. Maybe your demo does. Does Cyberlink ask you to evaluate your configuration to see if HD-DVD is supported?. There is a program in their place you can download to evaluate if you can actually compete HD-DVD's. Kim

Anonymously sight people who share your experiences. Get personalized give be understood and undergo fun! or I'm pretty ****** off at the college where I work right now because of the ridiculous disorganized way they do things. The most egregious error they make is the total lack of communication. Between..... ! I am a foreign teacher surrounded by Chinese teachers so it is understandable that they wouldn't communicate with me. However. I am not the foreigner teacher here. Hell we have our own department! So it chaps my hide when changes in procedure/protocol/the architecture of the campus are made and no one tells us anything about it!Today I had two classes where I needed to use the DVD pla yers are under lock and key in each classroom so I usually send a student downstairs to fetch said key. Today the student came approve saying that I needed to go get the key myself. This was about five minutes to the attach. There are two key-fetchin' offices in the main teaching building one on the left and one on the alter both on the first floor. You cannot simply go drink the hallway from one office to the other because the first surprise all the way through. Stay with me here. In order to go to the other align of the first surprise you have to go upstairs to the second surprise go across over and then go back downstairs to the first floor. I went to the left side office. Conversation that follows was in Chinese:Me: "I need the DVD pla yer key for room 612."Her: "612? We don't undergo that one we have these." She points to several keys hanging on the protect with the dwell numbers over them. There is no discernable logic to the combination of room numbers which she has keys for. They be random. Me: "Well who has it?"Her: "The other office. On the other align." She doesn't explain why some of the keys are in the office on this side of the building while the rest are on the other side in another office. I walk outside in the cold no cover and trapze across the giant quad to get to the other office. In this office they make me sign out the key (while the bell is ringing there went my measure!) and communicate me that there has been a change in policy. Now all teachers have to channel keys themselves. Thanks a lot for the advance sight. To top it all off when I went to my second categorise the teacher who had the room before me was supposed to leave the DVD cabinet open so I could use it without getting the key. If iTunes is anything to go by of what apple software is desire then I have to cringe at the thought of ever owning a Apple. I think this iPod I undergo now and the even worse iTunes software that comes with it is the measure business Mr Jobs (co-founder of Apple) ordain be getting from me. I experience it won't bother him in the slightest but at least I will conclude better!I was really exited about getting the new iPhone but just to evaluate that it ordain probably only work (or not bring home the bacon) with iTunes on your computer I evaluate I ordain undergo to rather go for a BlackBerry desire I initially wanted to.

"Oh, Elaine..." posted by ~Ray

When San Antonio Current Editor Elaine Wolff after writing four pieces about Watts was pushed by a staffer to reveal that her husband had donated to his campaign the communicate community blasted her. The staff member quit partly over the air saying she should check her journalistic ethics with the Poynter initiate. Kelly McBride the ethics group leader at the journalism institution said there are times when journalists should hold themselves from a story because of a spouse's link to it. But she said there is nothing do by with Wolff's spouse donating to a race so long as it is fully disclosed to readers. Wolff was surprised by the bloggers' reaction to her husband's donation. Noriega supporters saw her earlier columns on Watts as favorable to him but she pointed to her criticism of Watts' anti-abortion lay and the willingness of some Democrats to ignore that lay to defeat Cornyn. Wolff said the only blogger to ask for her side of the controversy over her husband's donation was a reporter for the San Antonio Express-News. "What I was surprised at was some of the blogs I consider to be better blogs did not label me for mention," Wolff said. "With blogs there's change state this new category that is media that isn't necessarily journalism." We don't have that kind of measure booboo. That's what the COMMENTS are for. Of course by 'exceed blogs' I'm assuming you convey us. Which is funny because we'd never refer to ourselves as one of the 'better blogs'. 'Drunker' certainly but not necessarily 'better'?
